#London - Pre gym breakfast: A super simple but delicious Chicken, Crispy Kale and Vegetable omelette 🍳 High protein & high fat breakfast to fuel my morning gym session. 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 1 grilled @musclefooduk chicken Breast, broccoli flourettes, a handful of kale and chopped cherry tomatoes, all cooked in @lucybeecoconut oil and sprinkled with some fresh chives and black pepper ☺️ I let the underneath of my omelette set and then I place it under the grill for around 5 minutes for the top of the egg to set.
